E-mail not working
When I sign it to Thunderbird, and click on an incoming e-mail the "From" line shows it came from me with my name and email address. The body of the e-mail is outlined in RED. When I click on anything in the body of the email, that box brings up little squares around it as I was going to change the box. When I click on it a box come on where I am supposed to choose a link. I have no idea what that means and I can never get to the information in the e-mail
I need to talk to a "REAL" person not a return e-mail. I have a new computer that Best By transferred my files from my old compute to this new computer Evidently in the process the Settings got messed up. My e-mail is useless and I'm missing information I need.

Does it reproduce with Help > Troubleshoot Mode?
A screen shot would help better understand your problem.
Do you mean that opening a received message makes it look like a message draft?
