We have 'lost' part of the top of the e-mail write. It had File Edit View Insert Format Options Tools and Help along the top. These have disappeared from my side of our laptop and also my wife's side. Can you tell me how to restore them please?

Press Alt to show the Menu Bar, then enable it under View/Toolbars.
