Hi Martha, over the years, some buttons have been moved off the toolbar to one of the following places:

(1) Extra built-in buttons you can add using Customize. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

(2) Add-on buttons moved to the Extensions button drop-down list. See: Manage your extensions using the extensions button in the toolbar.

Can you find what you're looking for in either of those places? If not, what buttons are you looking for?
