I can't find the command to save the web page either as html or pdf etc. Could someone please tell me where it went? I'm using v79.0.5. Searching didn't reveal an answer so I must be missing something. I'm finding this new UI very confusing.

OK, understood about Save as PDF, but what about simple Save As (html)? Even Chrome and most built in phone browsers can do that.
