Mozilla VPN seems to start but the icon in the tray disappears when I mouse over it. I know the VPN isn't running in the background since I used the IPVanish checker and it shows me my normal IP address. The VPN and application were working fine until I had to restart my computer. I have tried reinstalling the program only to be met with the same problem.

Can you delete the %appdata% folder for Mozilla VPN?

There doesn't seem to even be a folder for Mozilla VPN in the roaming folder

To connect with the VPN team directly, see Help, I still have questions about Mozilla VPN.

I can't connect with them because the application will not start and I need to use the application to do that.

Can you try the following:

Sorry about that. It's inside AppData>Local>Mozilla

See if deleting that folder and reinstalling fixes the issue. It usually does, 99% of the time.

Same thing is happening to me after using the VPN for about a week. I can't find any %appdata% folder in either path given above??
