Thunderbird keeps moving mail from recognized senders to the junk folder. How to fix?

I have set security options to recognize emails from Collected addresses, but emails from those addresses still get sent to the Bulk Mail folder.

How can I fix this?

Bulk mail is the spam folder for yahoo. It is yahoo that is organizing your mail for you.
