fire fox 60 ESR grayed out every time button pushed. like its preventing window called by this buuton. this was working fine wit 59.2. but came up after update
we are using fire fox ESR for long time to access local web site on our intranet since it has the most good performance with this site
every thing was great with ESR V 59.2 after updated to 60.1 web site opens . when any button pressed to call second window (selection for data). fire fox grayed out and do not work any more like its blocking second window from showing. we tried pop-up blocker but no results still same issue downgraded to 59.2 again and buttons is working again so it must be some settings with ESR 60. we tried the about:config to look for settings preventing pop-ups or notifications or blocking it. we could not found it please help us thanks in advance

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.1 with a Full Version Installer
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Thanks for the post sorry this did not help. we tried it before. we even installed ESR 60 on new WIN PC where FFOX was never installed. same issue further more trouble shooting we found out its related to add-ons FFOX Extensions the button pressed to call second window is also calling add-ons (jsprintsetup-0.9.5.1.xpi) where its disabled and not compatible with ESR 60. more we found out that most of the add-ons we use with our intranet is not compatible with ESR 60. this is a fatal issue for us. we announce FFOX ESR 60 not compatible with our environment we are using other browsers now with more flexibilities to adapt
