Why can't sync?

I had a laptop with windows 7 and i sync my account over here. Have now 4 months i give it for service and needed to formated now i can't connected back to my all files. And yes ask mozilla if i lost something and they say i dont have any problem if i already sync one's and saved to there cloud. So what can i do?

Have 4 month now...i sync i connect from another pc the bookmarks transferd very well..
