HI !
Firefox version 57 will be released in November.
Why would Honey want a version of Firefox that is not available yet?
The Add-ons site indicates "Compatible with Firefox 57+" for extensions that will still work after Firefox stops running "Legacy" extensions in Firefox 57. If the extension has a green install button when you visit the page in Firefox 55 (I do see one right now), then in most cases it should work in Firefox 55:
Of course, you can also skim down through the reviews to see whether other users have identified any serious problems recently. Sometimes when extensions are converted from the older technology to the newer, some features are broken or changed.
