I access Firefox from a desktop icon. IE 8 is my default browser with my XP computer. Tonight when I tried to access several other sights, a Firefox box came up saying the server could not be found to the sights. I did something else and another box came up saying Firefox is already running. Evidently my browser changed from IE to Firefox. It's possible, when asked if I wanted to make Firefox my default browser, I hit the wrong button and changed it. How do I change it back to IE. Do I have to remove Firefox and reinstall it again?

I found instructions on how to connfigure the Windows XP Firewall, but everything was already where it should be. The only thing that confused me was that one step stated, "with Mozilla Firefox selected (in exceptions), click delete. There are a dozen or so items in the exceptions space. Wouldn't clicking the delete button delete them all?

A couple hours ago a Firefox crash message came up which I sent to Mozilla.
