Strange line the "Launch Application" window. Entry persists after mimeTypes.rdf deletion.

Want to remove the top line as seen in the image. Tried editing mineTypes.rdf, and deleted mineTypes.rdf when that did not work. The uTorrent/qBittorrent quick-options went away of course, but the top line persisted. Also removed the association of torrent/magnet links from qBittorrent. Using Windows 7, Firefox x64. Same problem on x86.

When the window comes up, make your choice. Then flag the Remember Choice on the bottom.
