check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

Thanks for your response! Can now play vines and but still can't play Instagram videos.

Is the video flash, or html5? Right click on the viewer.
