my email ha a message ID that shows a whole list of re-routing before I get to the content of the email. How do i get rid of this?

I have a hole host of address's in the sent bar, how do I get rid of them when I am printing. I do have another email that is routing from Gmail to my thunderbird account and this is what I am seeing when I print the emails . please help
