YMI unable to download Microsft drver update - getting only 638kb?

New Microsoft Driver download s/b 1.9mb but I am getting only 638kb. Download therefor does not work. I click on "download", "save" the file, select "downloads, click on DriverSupport.exe - and I get a text file. What am I doing wrong???

From which website are you trying to download your driver update? Could you past the web link?
