I constantly am getting a notification on my desktop reg: virtual call run time error' WHY??? what on earth is this 'virtual call' WHY ??? am i getting these notifications considering i do not have ANYTHING resembling a 'virtual call' app, add on or anything else on my mozilla

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125749 it's a MS problem... and applies to visual C++ which is used in Mozilla for Windows. but is VCPP2005 and 2008, meanwhile Firefox doesn't use them anymore... replaced with VCPP10... as far as i know.

Which version of Firefox are you using? Maybe you use older version Firefox or have some other program which uses that library.

Try update to newer version...
