Trapit website: ANOTHER problem with 13.0!

ANOTHER bug in 13.0

I get daily email updatess from the Trapit website. Clicking on a link in the email takes me to the Trapit website, where the relevant article is supposed to open up. Nada. Goes to Trapit website and I see the "Sit tight, this will only take a minute" message that Trapit uses as it opens particular articles.

Works fine in IE and Chrome both.

The page is loaded via , so if you do not see anything appearing then check that you aren't blocking JavaScript.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
