There is a horizontal set of options, links to other site pages, which should show at the top of the page, which in Edge and Safari will display, but not Firefox. Is it a Firefox or website issue?

It's because

#soapAfterPagesContainerinlineContent-gridContainer {
      margin-top: -4391px;
}

It's a wrong number and I think that's not a Firefox issue.
