Search and Form suggestion boxes are transparent and shouldn't be

I just updated to Firefox Quantum 57.0 64-bit on Windows 10 1703. The suggestion bars that pop down when you type in the Search bar, address bar, or in form fields are transparent instead of opaque, making them illegible.

My only add-on is Adblock Plus and the two web codecs that come included out of the box. This happens on both the light and default color schemes. Screenshot attached.
