Which version of autoconf does firefox need to build?

I tried to build firefox-49.0b6 today on Linux. Unfortunately it needs autoconf 2.13, however, when I compiled the autoconf and put it in the path, it still can't find autoconf. I can run autoconf just fine manually.

There's some instructions here for setting up autoconf on Linux:

If that doesn't help, I'd suggest popping into the #build channel on irc.mozilla.org and asking around there (you're more likely to get a response around US time).
