AOL mailto not working

For the last few months the AOL mailto link is not working. It is correctly set in options/applications to use AOL as the default mailto link, however, when I try to use it it just takes me AOL mail compose page with the web address missing. Any what is causing this issue. I have no issues with the mailto link in either Chrome or IE. I don't use Edge at this time. Thanks
