Hello,

I can download the Adobe flash installer but when I double click on it, or try to run it from any location (even as an administrator) nothing happens. I'm on a Sony Vaio which has Windows Vista, and I'm using Firefox as my browser.

Any help would be really apprecaited - thanks.

Are you closing Firefox before attempting to install Flash?

Thanks for the quick reply - I've tried it with it open and with it shut, same result i.e. nothing. I had to reset the machine to factory settings a week ago as it kept freezing, previously I was using Google Chrome, hence the switch to Firefox (no idea if any of this is relevant).

The same issue is happening with CCleaner.
