Hi peeps, I'm just curious what the issue is with this website when using FF: www.legacyofsplendor.com As you can see something is terribly wrong, maybe JS doesn't load properly? if so what steps should I take? It works fine on the other browsers.

Your website runs relatively well on my Firefox. There is a little lag and it a bit of delay when you press a button, but that can be expected on dynamic websites like yours, which require a lot of JavaScript resources to be used.

There isn't really much that you can do to improve the website's speed, as JavaScript can really make it run slowly. You can try to eliminate unnecessary line breaks and white space in your JavaScript files to speed up loading time, but that is about it.

Very nice website by the way. I'm not sure if your coded it yourself or used an online website generator, but well done either way.

Thanks for your reply Wesley, the strange thing here is that it works very fine on any other browser except Fx, I mean whats with the Firefox that causes this issue?

Thanks for the compliment by the way, its mainly the work of a friend of mine.

It appears to run about the same in my version of Google Chrome and Opera.

Things like this can be caused by various different factors. It can be very hard to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. In my opinion, being a website developer myself, it doesn't appear to be a big enough issue to worry too much about.

The Firefox console is not showing any major issues with your JavaScript codes.

That's amazing, because I've tried from 5 different computers and the problem with Fx is clearly noticeable on each one of them, but Chrome or Opera - flawless. Using the latest version for all of them. Hmm, strange stuff.

Agreed it is a pretty site and fun music. So I tested it in 43 beta and the background video does display properly. Usually compatibility is directed to stackoverflow.com for faster specific errors. I only saw some fragmentation on the homepage, but it cleared up and my laptop is certainly too full.
