I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?

I purchased a new laptop, want to add Mozilla VPN protection, signed into my account, find no information telling me how many devices can add Mozilla VPN under my current subscription. Thank you.

I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I would like to request a refund for my recent Mozilla VPN subscription renewal. The subscription was renewed automatically just now, but I no longer use the VPN and did not intend to continue the subscription.

I have not used the service since the renewal. Please cancel my subscription and refund the latest charge to my original payment method.

In the past weeks Mozilla VPN is not working in Italy. As of today, I cannot connect to any of Mozilla VPN servers. Everything fails, ping is stuck. I am connecting via Vodafone Italy as my ISP.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?
