I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now when I try to login to a platform, my verification codes to my phone are coming through too slow. What is causing the delay?

I would like to know what are the best Antivirus Protection to use with Firefox. Previous information is from 2011 and I would like to get more current information. Thank you

firefox is my browser. i have windows 11. all of my web (not app) shortcut icons on desktop are the white blank page icon. i used to see the icons for the sources -- the newspapers, etc. none of the standard windows fixes for this have worked. was there a firefox policy change that causes this? i Free Up Space to Onedrive for everything on desktop, but even when I apply Keep on This Device, the source icons still don't appear, so I don't think Onedrive is the issue. in some unsynced folders on the PC, web links appear with a generic blue planet icon, which is as generic as the white page icons on the desktop. I've tried the fixes for windows 11 but none of them have worked. any ideas of a firefox fix for this? thanks!

using linux cinnamon, have to continuously sign in to my sites. I didn't have to do this before. what can I do to stop the cookie deletion or whatever is causing this??

Mozilla Firefox is out of order and disappears. I try to down load it, but the message says that I need to find the Firefox version for windows 8 or 7 . My computer is on windows 10. Can you help ? Thanks.

When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

Hi, I recently had a situation where I closed my browser, and when I opened it back up all my tabs and entire session was gone. There was no option to restore via any of the common or traditional ways. This was honestly traumatizing because I've put so much work into the setup of my tabs/folders, etc., for work purposes. SO MUCH TO LOSE. I ended up finding a partial restore deep in the files on my computer, but it missed the past 6 weeks, which I could never recover.

I'm sure I'm not alone - I've seen many, many posts and people talking about this. I think it's extremely important for Mozilla to ensure that the option of restoring browser sessions remains a reliable one, as many people have important work info, etc.

MY QUESTION: Is there a way to manually set a restore point? In other words, I was able to find the files from the browser session, saved up until 6 weeks ago, but no later than that. So, it's clearly saving sessions somewhere... I'd think it would be easy to prompt it to save at that current point in time asking it to save. Anyone know if possible and how?

Every time I try to use my camera or microphone on some websites from on firefox it says can't detect camera or microphone? It doesn't show up with the 'allow this website to access your camera/ microphone' pop up it does with other websites. I went into permissions and manually changed it myself and it said it still couldn't detect the camera/ microphone

When attempting install firefox on linux using the recommended install method (in order to use 1password fully i cannot install it via snap) the priority does not change from 500 to 1000 using the parameters described in the install guide. Here is an image showing my issue.
