Initial setup and I login to FireFox, it stated that it would sync automatically; however in my settings I opted to not save password or payment information, how do I confirm it's not happening?

Pbold textage does not scroll. It doesn't even show the scroll bar

I have notification that someone charged to my apple account. Sure it’s a scam but I cannot delete it from Firefox app. I’ve shut phone down and closed the app but it still is on my phone

I've noticed that Youtube videos on Firefox are far more washed out when compared to Google Chrome. HDR is enabled on my Monitor and in Windows 11; however, the issue is present for standard SDR videos as well. Any idea what is going on here?

I use Firefox for privacy, lack of bloat, and other ethical reasons. For these reasons, I don't want to have the new CEO keep the incorrect idea in his head that the people who use Firefox want AI. Please don't add more AI, if anything--- please remove the AI which has already been added to Firefox which users have to remove themselves. I will dump Firefox if the new CEO continues with this plan.

I keep losing passwords on Microsoft and I depend on Mozilla. Is there a way I can print a copy of all my passwords to hold in a file myself in case everything goes wrong. I am 77 years old and a lot of this is just too advanced for me.

I have turned all search features off in settings and changed all relevant entries to False in About:config and it is still happening! Why did this change, I do not want this, I did not ask for this and I want it to be returned to how it worked before! NOW!

I worked with a tech support team to update software on my computer. After the update they did a clean up on my computer today and I lost all of my firefox passwords. How can I recover these passwords?

It induced me to create a new profile. Then, I lost the old one. Who even knew about profiles? Firefox is now filling in passwords, among other serious setting changes I did not make. This is the worst experience I ever had with a browser. Firefox has been my steady for decades, always dependable and easy to manage. I think we broke up today.

I've been using 2 search bars for quite some time.

I use the top bar for URLs and the bar mid screen for ad-hoc searches.

(I know I can use the top bar for both but I'm long since retired, quite set in my ways and would rather not have to change unless absolutely necessary😉)

I was able to restore the mid screen search bar functionality using an about:config setting from memory when I first noticed the search bar consolidation a few years back.

It's been working fine until the latest update.

Latest update lets me activate the mid screen bar with a mouse click but any attempt to then enter anything causes focus to move to the top bar so text input on the mid screen bar is no longer possible.

I've tested this on 2 Win 11 desktops and 1 Win 10 desktop and see the same 'issue' arising after the update.

Has that functionality been removed entirely with the latest update or is there an about:config setting that can restore it?
