Today randomly i noticed that my bookmark bar is waaay shorter out of the blue, i didn't change or adjust anything, all i do is the updates from mozilla that's all, it was all music it really saddens me because atm it's lost forever, i hope somebody can help me (i don't know since when it disappered i literally just noticed it right now ...)

Hello, Today i was working on a friend laptop, i was using the private browser while i was downloading a very sensitive files, after closing the private window i couldn’t find the files is that normal? Also, do you think that the files might be found, or they gone for life? Cuz i don’t wanna my friend to maybe find them one day.

I've use Firefox or Foxfire for several years at the time I installed it I was using Windows 10. I now have Windows 11. Ever time I try to access he internet a window comes up and ask me to create an email address with Gemini. Google or Microsoft will not let me access my internet, "nelson@nquinnlaw.com. How do I use Mozilla to access my email.

There are times that I use the screenshot tool on X.com and the filename it saves to is WAY too long. Sometimes it tries to use the entire content of the post as the filename. I see this effect in the title bar as well. Is there a way to change it so it only uses a date/timestamp and nothing else? Attached is an example of this extremely long naming. idk when exactly this nonsense happen or with which update but thats outrageous.

why the hell it canceled in my setting the check mark at startup for opening previous tabs?! i haven't touched the settings in ages since i set them up so it had to be one of your stupid updates.

fortunatly chatgpt had a solution to bring all my tabs back otherwise i'd fucking rage out.

i'v been using firefox for ages but after this i was really thinking i should switch to something else.

I have the newest firebox version and i have you tube connected to the menu bar and 2 icons for it on the desktop i m not sure what if an addon are cause it to stay in full screen screen mode i do not wan it in full scene mode. i have done everything i know how to do to stop it from full screen please how do i get it ti default always just giving you a sample of what Iam getting just a sample of the size i do not have firefox zoomed it is on 100 percent and not zoomed the sixes is 16 and 14 an no larger.

I was reinstalling windows because there was alot of unwanted cache in the c-drive and I thought that the passwords would be saved on my google account but i didn't know they were saved in the browser. Is there anyway that you could help me to recover those passwords i can provide you any needed information if it helps in recovering those passwords. Thank you

I connected my private crypto wallet to a fraudulent OKX scammer wallet extension, downloaded from your Firefox store couple of weeks ago. I deleted the wallet after I realized it's a scam but the scammers already drained my entire wallet afterwards, I lost approx. 14,000 USD.

Do you guys have any idea, where I can report this case or what I can do? I mean, I am quite sure that I am not the only one affected by this scam.

I need to add the extension icon back to the toolbar. It had quit functioning, so I removed it, and now I can't figure out how to add it back in. I also can't find an extension that will allow me to directly email a browser page.

starting at the update before the most recent one (currently june 30 2025) my firefox browser on my windows 10 pc simply doe not work at all. i am surprised it actually loaded the support page allowing me to write this, but every other page i try to open gets stuck in infinite loading. next thing i am going to try is uninstalling/reinstalling I GUESS. firefox on my other PC and phone are totally fine. is this bc i am running windows 10? please help :C i installed chrome and its absolutely awful

Anyone have any idea why after five minutes on any and all sites, Mozilla shuts it down the tab (leaves the site, ) and returns to the opening screen? (I'm using Windows 7 and my Firefox browser is up to date). Thank you for any assistance...

When signing in to online Shaw Webmail, message says 'Security Check Failed. Clear your browser cache and retry'. Screenshot attached. Have done so in "Clear browsing and data history", (as per Firefox guidelines) multiple times, for all History and cache. Did not resolve issue. Contacted Shaw Support; they instructed to try logging in with Chrome browser. Worked fine. Issue appears to be strictly with Firefox Browser (on multiple devices). I prefer Firefox over Chrome. Any advice greatly appreciated.
