Also McAffee notification with all these popups stating that my McAffee protection expired yesterday - I have never had a McAffee notification for a virus or pair for protection from them. Popups are happening every 10 seconds continuously! looks like about 20 or more popups describing different problems with 20 digit numbers and letters as a serial number of the problem!

I thought Firefox was all about controlling personal info. Seems not. I find nothing in the GUI to turn off the location country flag in the address bar. I have no care to know where any site is located and neither do I wish anyone to know where I am. Can I remove the location country flag feature in the address bar and be sure nobody sees where I am?

How do I stop pup ups with several different warnings. At the top of ALL popups say Mozilla Firefox . I clicked DISMISS, then another one will pop up. 1.) Red shield with the word Warning! Click here to secure device! anti virus notification. 2.) Red and black shield say Virus found. 3.) Blue Windows symbol with a the yellow triangle and !, Click here to remove it 4.) red setting wheel, Trojan virus detected, Scan and delete your system.

so...firefox veryfing my traffic recently..maybe to see if i'm human? idk but problem is when i go to a new tab it shows my ip...and i would like that not to happend...i mean what if i'm live while browsing...that is not normal..wanna verify my traffic okay..make a toggleable eye button where i can see or not see my ip so that if am browsing live it doesn't cause my ip to be public?

Some users are abandoning Firefox because of the difficulty of protecting against Firefox fingerprinting. I just purchase Malwarebytes Standard plan to help strengthen the security of my laptop which runs on Windows 11 .After installing the standard plan, Malwarebytes recommended I install, for free, an add-on called Browser Guard for Firefox. However, Mozilla sent a cautionary statement: 'This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing.

Is the Malwarebytes Browser Guard for Firefox safe?
