Hi,

Recently I've lost the ability to Open messages in a conversation - it's disappeared from the right click menu, and it's greyed out in the message menu.

Incredibly useful feature and I'm missing it!

I suppose this question is for Thunderbird.

Is the message you're trying to open actually part of a conversation?

If so, are the other messages belonging to the conversation in the same folder?
