I create a new Sync account but the sync options button doesn't work, there's a "Finish" button instead of Next, and when I click it, nothing happens. v13.0

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Did you fill all the fields and checked the terms of service agreement?
Also make sure that you aren't blocking cookies.
Yes I did.
My firefox is up to date. Also, I never receive a sync key.
