When I try to start the program it crashes and I get the bug screen. I can't seem to break the information. The crash happens in safe mode too and I can't get to the about:crashes screen.

here is the crash id:e4c697e9-867a-4663-84a7-c349b2120515

I deleted firefox and any mozilla folders in my library/application support/ folder. I reinstalled firefox and it opened. That is how I was able to get this information.

The crash reason: EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS

I noticed when I was trying to uninstall / delete firefox that I didn't have a folder called firefox in my application support folder. I still don't see one but there has to be something somewhere because my bookmark bar came back with the re-install.
