Fellow Firefox user cannot fix freeze in access to e-mail
Fellow user Firefox 6.3 with Mac OS 5 cannot access his e-mail. The freeze occurs when he first logs on to his Yahoo e-mail account.

Update the Firefox to the latest version.
You can start downloading new version by clicking Help -> About Firefox in the upper menu above the URL bar.

I am sorry. The correct Mac Information for my fellow Firefox user is Mac OS 10,5 and his current Firefox is 3.3. He did try installing the update you suggest with no results. That is to say his version of Mac would not accept the newer Firefox version. Please advise further!
