how to adjust firefox to go to my hotmail direct?

before I had firefox, when I opened it, it went dircct to my hotmail account, now it goes direct to Windows live, which wants me to register, but I do not want it, it will not permit me to enter, even if I click my bookmarks, goes back to the stupid windows live. I if can help me, please step by step, I am not an expert in this.

Hello,

First you have to make sure you enable remembering passwords, and cookies. Your cookies may have expired or were deleted. Hotmail may also have been logged off if you opened your account on a different computer. Another factor is, your bookmark isn't a generic proper link.(Microsoft keeps on changing it, so that might be the problem. The current one that I use is: http://by170w.bay170.mail.live.com/default.aspx )

If you do get logged off and go to that Windows Live log in page, just log in and after you get to your home page, make a new bookmark.
