After installing and un-installing Zone Alarm I can no longer view videos with Firefox. Any ideas as to why?

Before I installed and un-installed Zone alarm I could watch videos with Firefox. No I cannot if I go to You Tube I cannot watch any videos. If I am on a page that I know has a video all I see is a black area where the video should be.

I have started Firefox in safe mode and nothing changes. I have tried to go into Options and see if I can find something to check/uncheck, but don't see anything. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I installed Firefox 8 and still no change.
