user profile and home page changed and Firefox hijacked by IE

I use Firefox with XP os with Kaspersky os. When I turned on computer it went through changing user profile. Home page is changed to MSN-IE becomes the browser and all my files are gone. Computer hijacked. This is the second computer this has happened to.
