Hi..Iam using firefox 3.6.12 using a dial up connection, when i try to download any file, after sometime it shows that download completad, but actually it dosen't. Hence, I can't download any file.. Please help me and rply soon.

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.

Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
