I have google and google images in my bookmarks. If I type "goo" only get a dropdown showing google, not google images. I have to type "IMA" to get google images. This has just started happening. Why?

Did you add a keyword to those bookmarks?

You should update to a more recent Firefox version.
Your Firefox 3.0.19 version is very old and is no longer supported with updates and security fixes.

You also have an outdated Flash and Java plugin that you should update.
