how to remove "mystart" search engine when I search from the toolbar line?

MSN is my homepage. If I ask from the MSN line, all is fine. If I ask from the command line, I get taken to incredimail "mystart". How do I remove this program from my PC. It is hidden from the remove programs area. Running XP.
