Says Firefox has corrupt file and to run the chkdsk utility. How do I do this?

I received a notice of "Corrupt File" and it said: "C"/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox is corrupt and unreadable. Run the chkdsk utility." I do not know how to do this.

Do a clean reinstall like described here.
