Firefox won't use Silverlight to show me video from college sports account. Internet Explorer will.

JumpTV services colleges that show videos online. Their tech support could not help me solve my problem using Silverlight to play videos of my sons basketball games on gocolumbialions.com website. We tried everything (for over an hour), but he said Firefox has some problem letting the video play. I purchased a "SideLion Pass," and I'm supposed to be able to view games. We finally got it to work with Internet Explorer, but the tech support guy says that it's supposed to work with Firefox as well. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but it didn't help. I cleared the cache, cookies; turned off the firewall, popup blocker, and antivirus.

What's left to do to make the thing work??

You can try to disable Out-Of-Process-Plugins for the Silverlight plugin.
