can you make the VPN private, so it's undetectable?
Just want to know if the VPN can be set to private so that whatever your trying to do doesn't detect it and tell you to turn it off

Hi Love,
Just to clarify, VPN works by masking your IP address and encrypts your connection, but it doesn't make you completely anonymous.
I totally get what you mean — you just want to use the VPN without websites or apps figuring out that you're on one.
Honestly, Mozilla VPN doesn't have a built-in stealth or "undetectable" mode. But here are a few things you can try:
Switch servers — just go into settings and pick a different server location. Sometimes one server gets flagged and another one works just fine.
Change the protocol — in Mozilla VPN settings, try switching from WireGuard to OpenVPN. It doesn't always work but worth a shot.
If it's still getting detected — I'll be real with you, Mozilla VPN isn't the strongest for this specific use case. Something like ProtonVPN or Mullvad has a actual "stealth mode" that disguises your VPN traffic to look like regular internet traffic. Those would work way better for what you're trying to do.
Hope that helps! 😊
