hi, whenever i am trying to use the vpn on firefox, i either get a message saying Unable to find the proxy server Firefox can’t connect to the server at facebook.com What can you do about it? Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

or on youtube, message shows Connect to the internet You're offline. Check your connection.

is there a way to resolve this issue. i currently set up the vpn to Location: Recommended

You either have max DoH enforcement or some preexisting proxy setting, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1573650#answer-1809436

yes so followed the link to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2037364

someone mentionned the dns protection. Maximum protection was on and does not work i guess. selecting increased protection seem to have resolved the issue.
