Hi MDOT EBK,

Sorry you’re running into this. Firefox Focus is designed to clear browsing data when the app closes, but it should not normally sign you out of apps and websites every single time unless certain privacy settings are enabled.

Please try the following:

Check “Delete Browsing Data on Quit” Open Firefox Focus Tap the menu (⋮ or gear icon) Go to Privacy & Security Look for options related to: “Erase browsing history” “Cookies” “Site data” If cookies/site data are set to clear on close, websites will require you to sign in again. Allow cookies/site data

Some sites require cookies to keep you signed in. -In Settings → Privacy & Security -Try lowering the tracking protection level temporarily -Then sign in again and test -Update Firefox Focus

Make sure you’re using the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. -Test with another website -Try signing into another site (for example Gmail or Reddit) and close/reopen the app. -If all sites sign out, the app is likely clearing cookies/site data -If only one site is affected, it may be related to that site’s login system -Android battery/privacy apps (Android only)

Some device cleaners, battery optimizers, or security apps may automatically clear app storage in the background. If you use one, try disabling it for Firefox Focus.
