i already have the firefox app (literally on it) and it’s still trying to redirect me to download it in the app store. how do i fix this?

What device and OS is Firefox on on that you are having this issue?

When I see questions of wording like this it tends to be about mobile Firefox on iOS/iPadOS and they were trying to install an extension.

If that is the case then Firefox extensions are only for desktop Windows, macOS, Linux and for Android Firefox.
