I am wondering why your AI is wrong MOST of the time when I use it. It either finds the wrong thing, or doesn't search the enough/right pages and comes up with an out of date answer or just the wrong answer. The AI you have is useless.

Hi Tom

The chatbot in Firefox is provided by a service that you choose, not one that we make. If you are not happy with the chatbot provider that you are using, perhaps you maywish to choose one of the others.
