I had switched to Firefox from Chrome because they banned AD BLOCKERS. But now I have to go back because FACEBOOK VIDEO CHAT won't work ( according to Facebook) because they introduced end-to-end encryption. Can you give me a fix?

That's a known issue tracked under bug 1896361. I'll keep you updated about the fix deployment.
