Hi Michelle, what happens when you try to open the site?
If nothing happens, maybe it opens in a popup window. You could temporarily turn off Firefox's popup blocker and see whether that helps: Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting.
If you have a connection error, can't sign in, or the layout is wrecked, etc., please describe the problem in more detail.
