Shortcuts
Beginning a few days ago, shortcuts on my iPad from 2+ years have begun appearing. I delete them but they keep coming back the next time Firefox is started.

Clarification and additional information. The shortcuts that appear are 2+ years old. The Settings “Data Management” feature is used to clear all information from Firefox. I also tried deleting the shortcuts directly by tapping and selecting the delete option.
The iPad is running the latest versions of Firefox an iPadOS.
It seems that whatever was causing the old shortcuts to appear has been resolved. My hypothesis is that a fix or change with or to Sync data storage occurred that had adverse unintended consequences.
