Hello Since the last update I have not been able to sign in to Government sites using my bank as a sign in partner. I am able to sign in using Google Chrome but I prefer Firefox for my daily browser. I have cleared cache and all data and am still unable to sign in. I am using Version 137.0.1 (64-bit)

Your help will be appreciated.

The problem turned out to be an add-on that I disabled and the sign in works fine now. Thanks for your help.

I've seen sites do this and it's the site that determines which browser they let access login. And some do state which browsers on their site work and if they do you have to use those browser to login. You can't bypass this unfortunately.
