The UserAgent you used to post this thread appears to be Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0

It shows as if you have Firefox 78.*.0esr on macOS 10.10

If this is on a new Macbook did you transfer the Firefox 78.15.0esr from a old Mac to the new Macbook? though in this case the UA should show macOS 10.15 (even if yiou have a newer macOS)

If you are using a new Macbook with a current macOS then I wonder if your UA is modified? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox
