This does not sound like an issue with Firefox but is something that the Neiman Marcus website should be able to help you with.

Neither Mozilla nor the Firefox web browsers has anything to do with the Neiman Marcus store as you need to get it from them online https://www.neimanmarcus.com/ or in person in a store location.
