The site (which I have used before on this phone) now tells me I must have Javascript enabled. I have looked through SUPPORT and I see 44 other inquiries on this topic but no answers. HELP!

I have repeatedly (for months) had a number of what I would describe as "settings" problems when configurations (usually display-type things) suddenly change and I cannot find a way to change them back. When seeking help the answers I have most frequently gotten tell me to enable javascript. I have never disabled javascript and, when I check it, have never found it to be disabled. This is not a mission-critical problem it is just damn annoying. Thanks to all who responded.
